PomodoroPal is developed and published by Donald Proctor ("App Factory", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy describes how PomodoroPal handles information when you use the app.
We collect no personal information. PomodoroPal does not require an account, does not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, or any other identifying information.
All data generated by the app — including Pomodoro session counts, timer preferences, and task notes — is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
PomodoroPal contains no analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising networks, or behavioral tracking of any kind. We have no visibility into how you use the app.
PomodoroPal offers optional in-app subscriptions managed through RevenueCat. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information directly.
RevenueCat receives purchase receipt data from Apple to verify and manage your subscription status. RevenueCat's handling of this data is governed by their own privacy policy, available at revenuecat.com/privacy. Apple's data practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
We receive only aggregate, anonymized subscription status information (active, expired, trial) — never your payment details or identity.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your information with any third parties, because we do not collect any information to share. The sole exception is the subscription infrastructure described in Section 4, which operates under its own privacy agreements.
Your session data is stored locally on your device by iOS using AsyncStorage. We have no access to this data. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.
Because we collect no personal data, most GDPR and CCPA rights (access, rectification, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale) are satisfied by default — there is simply nothing to access, correct, delete, or sell.
If you are an EU resident under GDPR or a California resident under CCPA and have a specific privacy inquiry, you are welcome to contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
PomodoroPal is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the app collects no personal data from any user, it does not collect data from children either. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through contact with us, please reach out and we will promptly address it.
If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, provide notice in the app. Continued use of PomodoroPal after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
